Catawampus Records sprung into existence in the summer of 2008.

The originators - Skyhighatrist, Galactic Monkey and Cheryl Technomedic set up this UK based label inspired to release and promote tracks by artists who dared to be different. Our aim - to expose more people to the vibe of the uncommercial psychedelic music that we love.

Catawampus Records is the vehicle label of deeply underground and boundary expanding Psy-Trance producers. Created to push the quirks, funks and deeply soul entangling fimbriae of this musical genre, beyond Psy and into real Psychedelia.

Catawampus music is found in the twisted void between morning and dark. A free spirited syrup of writhingly chunky basslines, exploding with fun and psychedelic frivolity.
